Here are some patterns to choose from. The clear centers are bevels, bevel clusters or they can be made with colored glass in the same shape.
These inserts can be made with clear textured glass or colored opaque glass or a combination.

These are what some would look like in the cabinet door.



















These have granite texture on the border and glue chip on the inside and bevel clusters in the center.
